Nicole has been a Certified Child Life Specialist for the last 15 years with experience in both the hospital and community settings providing care, connection and support to children of all ages and their families. Both settings have offered a range of experience guiding children and their loved ones through moments of challenge, triumph, sometimes loss, and joy.

Nicole believes there is true power in play. Play is the language children speak and is a valuable way to create human connection. Children learn and grow through play and it is the way they explore and come to understand the world around them. Play looks different through the ages and developmental milestones and there is a playful way to connect with a child no matter their age or abilities.

With a background in mindful movement, dance, yoga, breathwork and meditation as well as Reiki healing, Nicole works from a holistic mindset to address the needs and challenges coming up for each family individually.
