Each session lasts 45 minutes. Our child life specialists will facilitate a hands-on therapeutic activity that each participant will create during the session. The hands-on activity will be geared towards age-appropriate coping strategies the kids can implement. During this session, we will be creating Calm Down Jars and having a discussion on how these can be utilized as a tangible coping tool.
