About the event
To continue the support of mental health, Hearts Connected wants to support our fellow child life specialists by offering a space to discuss mental health topics. This month we are excited to welcome Michelle Robinson as our guest speaker! Michelle is an EFT practitioner and trauma-informed life coach. She is also trained in IFS, Polyvagal theory, breath work/meditation and somatic healing techniques. Michelle believes healing is possible for all and it is her passion and purpose to share with others the tools and techniques that create a felt sense of safety in the body and mind. Michelle offers individual and group sessions as well as trainings in her custom EFT method. When she isn’t coaching you can find her outside doing just about anything. Nature is where she feels most at home in her body and soul. In this webinar, participants will be learning the research and history behind EFT, tapping points, participate in a guided EFT session, learn how to use EFT with your patients, and learn about EFT in children.
