We know as child life specialists the vital and impactful role we bring to a multidisciplinary team, improving patient experience, and increasing emotional safety for children and families in various settings. However, as an industry, we often still feel undervalued, underutilized, underpaid, etc. In this interactive webinar session facilitated by DD, we hope to have a frank discussion about how we frame our worth and value, how we pitch our services to different audiences, and where to grow our role in the continuum of care.
