To continue the support of mental health, Hearts Connected wants to support our fellow child life specialists by offering a space to discuss mental health topics.

This month we are grateful to be hosting guest speaker Michael Fogas who is the Staff Support Liaison and Chaplain at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. In this webinar, participants will receive an introduction to the Community Resiliency Model, a biological and evidence-based strategy to help reduce signs and symptoms of stress and to help improve a sense of wellbeing. Participants will gain a resiliency focuses understanding of the autonomic nervous system and will learn the 3 wellness skills to help reduce stress in the moment.
